Does a 1991 Toyota Cressida have dual heads? If not, what does it have? I know it's a V6

it has a inline 6 clyinder engine, it is dual over head cams but it has 1 head. it is the 7mge engine it is 3 liters in displacement

Sorry, but the 91 Cressida is an in-line 3.0 liter 6 cylinder, not a V-6. It has one head, but it has twin camshafts which are in "towers" that could resemble small, narrow dual heads. The spark plugs are located between the cam towers, showing that there is only one head.
