This fuse is under the hood and it is not a small blade fuse.

that type of fuse link is usually bolted in to the fuse box. you might have to pull the box up and remove a cover under it to get to the bolts(usually 8 or 10 mm. heads)that hold the fuse link in the fuse box

wikdklown1 is right this fuse is bolted on from the side you have to remove the bottom fuse block cover to access this bolt make sure to disconnect the battery so you don't short out any other fuse's my guess is that is why this fuse blew in the first place you tried to change the alt without disconnecting the battery
