We just purchased a 2010 Sequoia in Nov. so it is only 4 months old. The shifting is driving us crazy. Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue. According to Toyota there are no "updates" for that at this time but may be in the future. When I start driving it revs at 2000 RPM the motor noise is grinding and loud, then it will downshift etc. Its just not smooth until you're at about 40 mph.

I just got a 2010 - it doesn't do that at all.
