I would get the highlander.

I think the highlander has more room than the murano and Toyotas are more reliable than Nissans.

Nissan reliability has gone down. Daweoo is better than Nissan. I don't like the looks of the highlander. I wouldn't chose any of them.
get 4-runner, though much more expensive than highlander.
