I'm finding it difficult to get the seat level with the ground as the directions instruct. I took the base of the carseat off, again as instructed, but now there seems to be a void between the carseat and the back of the van's seat, making the seat a bit wiggly. Should I roll a towel or blanket to fill the void?

Our local fire department helps assemble child saftey seats, why don't you swing by there and see what they can do?

You need to roll up a towel to get it level on the seat. I have the same seat. You can go on their web site and get the installation instructions

call the fire station and they will come out and help u install the car seat....again don't call 911 cal the local non emergency fire dept# and ask them if they can come down an help i'm sure they will.
