got hit in the back and wont start just crank.is there is a fuel cut off switch and where is located it

it must have damaged the fuel pump or something or a fuel line check that first or maybe try juping it and if that doesent work try slaming on the starter with a pole sometimes the starter may be stuck if that doesent work its definitly ure fuel pump or something around there
