The GT-S has more features, and will be more expensive. The 'S' probably just means a sports package or something of that sort.

A difference is the engine. The GTS has a 180hp engine while the GT has a 140hp engine. Another difference is the sport package.

I have a 1980 Toyota Celica GT, has a 22R engine. Maybe the GT-S means Get There Slower, mine is 0-60 in about a half hour.
