I have a 91 Toyota Previa mini van. A "check" light right below the gas meter at the left lower corner of the dashboard is currently on.
The picture of check light looks like safety buckles or maybe a engine.

Can anyone tell me what does that mean? Anything urgent I need to do before something bad happens.

Your prompt input is appreciated.

Addition info - look like it was an engine check warning light which may relate to the emission problem. Will this indicating that the catalytic converter is defected?

Thanks for your input...
Since the warning light is for engine check, can anyone tell me how to set it off? Thanks.

If it is safety buckles, then a seat belt sensor is telling you someone hasn't fastened a seat belt, but if you are the only rider and yours is buckled, then it could be a faulty sensor.

Now if it is an engine, then something is wrong, but not yet critical. You could have a loose gas cap or faulty emissions sensor. It needs to be checked at a service place that has a computer to read the codes to diagnose the problem source.

If that is an engine light and it starts blinking, then shut down the engine at once! Something is seriously wrong like no oil pressure or some other major problem. Have it towed to the service company.
