I have taken the car to the mechanic several times. He get the brake light working but it only last for a few weeks. Sometimes all I have to do is jingle the wires and it starts working again.

View Full Version : How do you find a short in a wire to the brake light in a 1995 Toyota Corolla? WindyGale 11-07-2007, 10:10 PM I have taken the car to the mechanic several times. That is where your short is. bmwr11rider 11-07-2007, 10:12 PM look for a plug close to where you can jiggle the wires to make them work, check the connection, it might be loose or dirty.
