High beam flasher kkeps blinking when light are off. Also DRL quit working about 8 months ago.

It's in the engine compartment. If you haven't figured it out yet you have 3 fuse boxes under the hood and one under the dash.

maybe cause it does have a computer chip system and has a fuse compartment located underneath the hood where the engine is located in a black box.
