4000 miles on it and had been a program car. The car salesman represented it as almost new. AFTER I purchased it, he told me that it only had one key with one remote, but that he would look for the other ones. A couple of days later I called to ask him about the key and he said it only came with one. Of course, the manual said it came with 3. I went back to the dealership to get my floor mats and radio antenna, which he hadn't given me at the purchase and asked for the other keys. He said they didn't have them. I probably would not have bought this car had he told me this up front. Do you think the dealership owes me the other keys? Also, the key number was not on this one. It is very expensive to have other keys made, and I would be in real trouble if I lost this one key. Of course, the car salesman told me he only made $100 on the sale, etc. Thanks in advance.

You should definately speak with the head manager and figure out why he is selling material missing parts and a set of two keys. That is the most ridiculous dealership and you are entitled to more than just the extra keys, demand something free for all the trouble they are putting you through.
