My truck starts off fine every morning before school and runs great. After school, its always started and I drive either home or to lunch. However, after lunch or if I'm leaving my house again, my truck sometimes wont turn over. I can hear the click and I have battery power, but it just wont turn over. The weird thing is...if I wait about 10 minutes after trying to start it, it usually starts up again perfectly. Why is it doing this!!!

i own a repair shop and you either have a starter relay going bad on it or the solenoid switch on the starter its self may be acting up on it,that relay is usually located in under the dash or on the out side firewall on these but that will cause it to act like this, most of the time they will just go all the way out which is better then you just replace it and get it over with, but that's probably whats causing this to happen, good luck,i hope this helps.

Hey! I had the same problem m to with an 89 Acura Integra. There is a relay locate under your dash panel, above the gas pedal If I am not mistaken I think it was called the starter relay, every morning my car will start with no problem, i went to work and when i returned from work back to my car the car will crank and crank but no start. Check that relay, and I hope that might be the same problem. Second suggestion it could be in the starting system.
