I'm starting to look for a new car and am torn between the Yaris and the Matrix. My monthly payments would be the same for a 2007 Yaris as for the 2006 Matrix. The Yaris is slightly better on gas, but the Matrix is bigger and has 4WD. Anyone with first-hand experience with these cars? Can you help with a list of pro's and cons? Thanks!

planning a trip accross Canada to move some personal belongings. Matrix would let me hitch a UHaul, Yaris - no. But I don't want to pick my car based on one job I need to do either.
