I don't know the specific model but the mechanism is usually simple a type of scissor jack with a motor.

Take the door panel off and see if you can identify if the jack is jammed or the motor is u/s (it may simply be a corroded connection).

If it is the motor then go to a motor factor and get another - the swap out should be simple. In the unlikely event that it is the jack (and you can't simply free the motion with penetrating oil) you can see what it will cost new but I would normally hit the scrappy and see if I can find one on a wreck (2 doors to choose from).
