Do Bosch 4 point platinums spark plugs really work when it comes to increasing engine performance?
Do they really deliver what the company claims they do?
Would anyone suggest it for a 2001 i-4 LE Toyota Camry?

DO NOT USE BOSCH PLUGS IN A TOYOTA
NGK or NIPPENDENSO!

I work at a Toyota dealership's service dept. Bosch plugs do not work well in Japanese engines. Even the engineers cant tell me exactly why, but I see far too many cars with drivability problems where the owner tells me they just put new plugs in and then a short while later the car runs like crap. Sure enough they have Bosch platinum's in the engine. I pull them out, put the stock plug in and problem solved.

Ask your dealership or consult your owners manual because you can also cause to much heat in the chamber and damage your engine.

yeah they are ok if paired with performance wires. the wires make far more difference than the plugs. Personally i'm in love with NGK performance plugs. they are far more reliable than bosch.
