I'm considering buying an 88 toyota celica with a new engine and new transmition.
I've seen pictures and it's a 2 door....I have 3 kids and I'm wondering if I can fit 3 carseats in the back seat. Does anyone have one?
It would only be a temporary car until we get our other car out of the shop in a few months.
my kids are 6, 4, and 2. but my 4 year old is the same size as my 2 year old. (genetic issue)

how old are the kids. celicas are not very big in the back, and access to the back is minimal. if your kids are small and young, then yes, do it because they'll fit. but if the are 9 years old and above, or you need to get to them all simultaniously, the look elswere.
have you considered a corolla?

Don't do it. Go buy a Camry, these are seriously safe cars for the family. They have the best safety rating for a car in that class. The Celica is for sport driving.

You can forget putting 3 carseats in the back of a celica. Even if you squeeze the seats in there you would never be able to put the kids in them. It's tight in the back seats.
Good Luck.

Nope the Back only has 2 bucket seats & they are very small
3 car seats would not work in this car for you!
I don't think that that is such a good idea
The cars seats will be so squished.
Im sure that they have good deals out there for a minivan or a family sedan.
Two people can sit relaxing but it is capable of seating up to 4 with the arms of the back seat passengers touching.
