I am looking at buying a 2000 Toyota Corolla. However, the speakers are terrible!!! I could not buy this car without changing them. Does anyone know the average cost and installation price for a decent stereo?

youll most likely need 4 6X9 speakers i would go to best buy if you buy them their installation is free i would also buy a new In dash radio because it will make the speakers sound better( aftermarket radios have a preamp to give clarity and power to speakers) Also best buy will install it for free as long as you buy it their.

go to best buy . com you'll see a list of prices i would go with 4 3-way pioneer 420 watt 6X9 and a JvC Xr4309 it should run you about 235 bucks all together
